Melvins and Chai Mao Posters from Lucky Bunny on sale

The Melvins are a heavy band with a twisted sense of humor. They grew up on a steady diet of heavy metal and punk during the 80s much like Lucky Bunny. Making posters for them is always a good fit. Here's a heavy metal/punk inspired poster with a dash of bunny. Remember the kid in school who drew rock band logos all over his notebooks? That was Rich, and as you can see, he hasn't changed much. This poster was printed using metallic silver ink on black acid-free paper. Head over to his store for more details.

This new limited edition print has been in the works for over a year and is a collaboration with Boston-based Photographer, John Holt. After many failed attempts at hiring someone to do the 12 color separations, financial limitations, and a plethora of other excuses he finally got this done. It's the best thing he has ever printed thus far (IMO). For process pics, head over to his Blog or Facebook page.

*Release info: 30 of these prints are on sale now. The price is $100 and will increase by $10 per day starting on Thursday, 7/22 until the price of $150 is reached. A ton of work went into making this edition and it's very limited. Please don't freak over shipping cost. The tubes alone were over $7 each and are larger than usual because of the size and thickness of paper used.
